He is Spark the flareon(Pokemon after Gijinka).

I drew his as a pirate. Because Flareon is a fire pkmn, so why I drew the bg like that.

This is really cool, I love the outfit<3 The hair looks nice, too, very fluffy and Flareon-like X3 I like the background, too, and the coloring looks awesome~ I like the expression and how you shaded the hair, I like all the little strokes and it looks all soft! Awesome job on this, I love it<3
